Three Orchestras

I'm the principal bass in three different orchestras in the South Bay. Nova Vista,  Palo Alto Philharmonic , and   Mission Chamber. The good news is there a remarkably low degree of conflict in the schedules for these three. The bad news is I'm playing almost every night - which would not be such bad news if I didn't also work a night shift job!

I'm planning to blog about the fun and travails of playing in three orchestras - oh, did I mention I also play in four other groups when I have time? Opera, musicals, G&S and even more orchestras! You'd think I do this full time!
